This $22 a night Airbnb listing has been really nice and almost perfect. I would definitely recommend it for a couple different reasons.
The rooftop views are incredible and also up there is a grill available for use, a place to wash your clothes and tables and chairs you can chill on with your friends.
The apartment itself has a very modern design, the shower is pretty cool with three different types of water outlets and the bedroom has a TV and AC in it.
One aspect that I don't like about this Airbnb is that it can be a little bit loud. Outside the apartment building is a very regular Dominican mini neighborhood.
So in the early morning you can hear a lot of roosters crowing and once there was a full blow church service with speakers at the bottom of the apartment building.
In general I wouldn't really care about the noise, but because I teach English online it did interfere a few times.
