Life In Sosua: Do I Show Everything?

Recently I saw a comment that insinuated that travel vloggers like myself are messing up the game, because I show too much. That guys should practice showing less.

I don't know how "the game" is being ruined, but I genuinely disagree with this idea.

It's a privilege to be able to share information that can help people improve their lives or at least enjoy life a little bit more.

Just yesterday I was walking in Sosua and two different guys, one from California and the other from Georgia, approached me and told me that my videos encouraged them to travel to Sosua.

So just showing the little bit that I show encourages brothers to get a passport and travel to a new country. Who knows what that could lead to? Obviously Sosua is great, but after visiting Sosua those two guys for example might want to explore even more international destinations.

Also I can't speak for other travel content creators, but personally I don't really even show that much.

There's a lot more that I could show as it relates to Sosua, my relationships with chicas, my day to day life and so much more.

My travel content really just scratches the surface of all of that.

So in general I feel like what I show helps people much more than it hurts some "game".

Life In Sosua: Is Sosua Still A Paradise?

Recently someone asked a question in my comments section that made me pause and think. The question was if I still view Sosua as a paradise after living here for almost 5 months.

I find the question interesting, because a lot of people I have encountered label Dominican Republic and particularly Sosua as a paradise. However, every time I hear people say that a part of me winces on the inside.

For me, it's really hard to label Dominican Republic as a paradise when it's so easy to see poverty and  social inequality.

To be honest, most places in the Americas, including the United States can appear like a paradise if you use rose colored glasses to look at their situations instead of opening your third eye.

And I understand when people say Sosua is a paradise they are just referring to the beautiful weather, the great scenery, the amazing culture and the beautiful women.

But to plainly answer the question from my comment section I would say no. I have never viewed Sosua or the Dominican Republic as a paradise. I enjoy the great parts of the country and hope other people will take the chance to travel and enjoy Dominican Republic as well.

But to ignore the issues and problems, I see just even in Sosua, would be an injustice within itself.

Life In Sosua: Villa By Blue Green Condos in Escondido Bay

I enjoyed staying at this villa located in Escondido Bay near Laguna beach. It was very comfortable and extremely spacious. If I planned coming to Sosua in a group I would definitely think about staying at this villa.

Now I will say you definitely will want some form of motorized transportation, because there aren't any taxis readily available around the area so getting to any of the major towns will require a vehicle.

I met the owner of the villa and he is a very nice and smart guy with a good team of people who can help fix or solve any problems if any arise, so that's definitely a plus.

In general I would recommend this villa because it is chica friendly, is close to Laguna beach  and not too far from Sosua like some other popular villas.  If you are interested this is the Airbnb link: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/32745691?source_impression_id=p3_1660236296_li37qH0TjU2kE65z

Life In Sosua: Promo and Marketing

Recently, there have been people who have inquired about doing promo on my videos and what not.

And I am very happy to work with different businesses or entrepreneurs who enjoy my videos  and see the value of promoting their business on my channel.

So I am writing this blog post to clearly explain the general fee I am looking for for doing promo. I say general because obviously there are certain cases that could vary the situation.

If you want me to do a 30 - 40 second ad in my videos and put the link of your business in  the description that will be at least $100.

In the past people have asked me to do a video about their Airbnb in exchange for staying at their place for 1 or 2 night for free.

That is a good exchange, but if you want me to post the link or contact information  to your airbnb or whatever service you offer then that will cost $35 for a link on my blog post and  $75 for a direct link to my Youtube description section.

Finally, if you want me to make a whole video about a service that I can't actually use like an Airbnb then I will accept any offer between $300 -$500 US dollars.

For any other type of promo that might not fit what I have described above please feel free to message me either on my instagram @giamo_khan or my email which is gigi.45.love@gmail.com

Also I want to be clear that these are my prices for now, but when I hit 50k subscribers, the prices will increase.

Life In Sosua: Would You Rather?

As it relates to dating and meeting women there are many different options. If you like tall women they are here, if you like BBW type women, they are here, if you like dark or light skin women then they are all here in Sosua.

All these options got me thinking about if I had to make a choice which attributes and characteristics would I rather be with for a main chica or #1.

Would You Rather

Be with a woman who  is a 10 but with two kids or a woman who is a 6 and no kids?

I know for some men looks are very important and being with a highly attractive women is the prize. Personally for me I don't really care. As long as I can look at her face  without makeup and not feel appalled then it's all good.

To be honest, a lot of the 10's or very attractive women tend to be headaches and want more and more and can quickly become like a monster to a man's bank account. And add on top the fact that she has two kids already. Nah, I'm good on that one.

I would rather be with an average looking women and have her full attention and affection towards me, then be in third, fourth or fifth place with a woman who has two kids and one or two baby daddies.

Date a woman who is 35 years old or date a woman who is 19 years old?

Well, I 'm 27 years old so to seriously date a woman 8 years my senior could be a lot to deal with. Her baggage will be heavier and expectations much higher than that of a younger woman.

Also physically speaking having a child at 35 and up could get tricky.

I know some people say the advantage of dating an older woman is that she has more experience, but at the same time as a man do I want to be led in the relationship or be the one who is the captain of the ship.

If given these two options I would rather date a woman who  is 19 years old, just for the simple reason that it is more natural for a woman to be with a man who is older than her by a few years.

And really I know some people might raise their eyebrows about her being 19, but it's really only an 8 year difference and for example if I was 34 and she was 26 then no one would bat an eye.

Have one girlfriend or a squad?

Obviously there are pros and cons of both, but in general I would say having  a squad or rotation is a much better way to go, especially in Sosua.

The chances of things not working out with one girl is very high. Like the old saying goes you should not put your eggs in one basket.

Obviously with a squad you have to deal with more women which can lead to more headaches, potentially.

But on the scales, I believe the positives outweigh the negatives of having a squad, because you can always keep things fresh, add or subtract easily and never be overwhelmingly drained by one woman's craziness or negativity.

So I would rather have a squad over one girlfriend.
